Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Training and Development Specialist. The location for this position is openand TBD. We're looking for a candidate that has a passion for helping others, is eager to get creative and has a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Training and Development Specialist you will work to promote employee growth and success through the application of individual and group training programs consistent with the Credit Union's organizational priorities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: One year or more relevant experience
Eductaion: High School Doplma/GED
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5:30pm
Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour DOE
Connections Credit Union also offers monthly, quarterly annual incentives if eligible.
